Both extremely new to the game and extremely experienced, this cast has been a dream to work with. I am honored to have finished our pilot's principal photography with actors as talented as these.

Rutanya Alda

Rutanya Alda is best know for starring in the Academy Award winning film 'The Deer Hunter,'  and the cult films 'Mommie Dearest' and 'Amityville II.'  She started her film career in early Brian de Palma films in which Life magazine called her outstanding.  Rutanya has guest starred on 'Law and Order,'  'CSI,' and 'Cold Case,' as well as NYC theatre.  Rutanya was voted into the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and is the proud mother of actor Jeremy Bright. She has a book that is being published in 2015 - THE MOMMIE DEAREST DIARY.

 

 

Emily Kaplan

Emily Kaplan is a Brooklyn based actress with a background in fine art and illustration. She recently completed a two year training program at the William Esper Studio and can be seen in the upcoming film 'The Fifth of July.' Commercial acting credits include WIX (our favorite,) Kindle, and Visa. In more short films than she can count, Emily was 100% ready when she auditioned for 'High Falls.' Nick Job

Nicholas Job is an actor and writer, known for 'A Call to Arms,' 'Protect Us,' and 'The West Side.' Nick was recently seen in the Robert Askins play, 'The Fight About The Dog,' and is wrapping up production on his self-produced short film, 'Protect Us.' Favorites include a workshop of 'The Nightingale,' with Moises Kaufman and Duncan Sheik, the site-specific 'Death Might Be Your Santa Claus,' with Lear DeBessonet and the urban western web series, 'The West Side,' directed by Ryan Koo.

Bonnie is best known for her heady part in the Coen Brother's 'Inside Llewyn Davis.' She's appeared in the Law & Order trifecta 'Criminal Intent,' 'Law & Order' and 'SVU,' also 'Third Watch,' 'The Sopranos,' 'Hope and Faith' and in Eric Schaffer's upcoming Showtime series 'Gravity.' Sidney Lumet hand picked Bonnie for 'Night Falls in Manhattan,' then cast her in the recurring role of legal aide attorney Ellen Klein on his A&E series '100 Centre Street' and feature 'Find Me Guilty.' In Rosemary Rodriguez's Sundance premiered 'Acts of Worship,' followed by Jack Gindi's 'What's Your Sign?' 

 

Denny Dale Bess

Lesleh Donaldson

As a child, Lesleh starred in Gilles Carle's production of 'The Homecoming' for CBC's 'For the Record' series. Then in 'Running' playing Michael Douglas' daughter, 'Happy Birthday To Me,' and 'Funeral Home,' for which she was nominated for a Genie award for best actress. Favored roles include Sandy Miles in the play 'Criminals in Love,' Anne Frank in 'The Diary Of Anne Frank' and Anna in 'Burn This,' at Manitoba Theatre and 'How Could You Mrs. Dick.' Lesleh went to The Royal National Theatre School of Great Britain, had two children Liam and Gavin (who had his acting debut in 'High Fallls'), and has a reputable horror following. Lesleh is also a 'High Falls' producer.

Marcy Girt

Marcy Girt is a New York based actor  and graduate of New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. She is best known for her work in Comedy Central's Emmy nominated series 'Honesty,' UCB theater's 'Gravid Water,' in Amanda Cole's second web series pilot, the sci-fi 'Strand.' She also co-founded a comedy industry's dance party calld 'Dance Dance Party Party.' Marcy also has appeared in a healthy number of commercials and television spots.

Benjamin Brown

Ben is a native New Yorker, born and bred. He comes to acting just recently, hailing from teacher, Maria Dizzia, who encouraged him to go for it. His God-Mom, Marsha who happened to overhear 'High Falls' producers talking about how they were unable to cast the part of Junior, "a mix of dark and light," said to herself, "That's Ben," and passed along his information. A natural, we were really, really fortunate to have him. Ben is going to go extremely, extremely far, is a totally uninhibited natural, and the camera loves him.

Leslie Shreve

Mascha Mareen

Shellen Lubin is a singer/songwriter, actor, playwright, and director. Maureen O'Malley

Carol Jacobanis
